Reference is made to the company’s announcement 11 November 2022 regarding the completion of a private placement of 15,000,000 new shares.
The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has been registered at the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the new shares have been issued. The new registered share capital of the company is NOK 16,000,000 comprising 160,000,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
